ETCHING/SAND BLASTING

Etching or Sand Blasting in Australia is becoming the preferred method of engraving from fine, solid to half tone images, detail images and large area work.
Our range of marking methods allows us to choose the most suitable process for your product.
We can etch almost any material either our product or your product.
Small & Large Quanties are welcome.

ENGRAVING

We practise traditional engraving methods : routing, burnishing and diamond drag.

LASER ENGRAVING & CUTTING

Our laser facility is the latest technology in CO2 product laser allowing us to mark products when convention marking methods fail. Spectacular results are achieved on Stainless Steel, Pewter, Acrylic, Glass, Split leather and many other materials.

SCREEN PRINTING

Our Screen printing is produced on site by our experienced staff.
We can print 1-6 colours to suit your style.
We do not charge set up fees. Artwork fees usually do not apply unless major work has to be created.

Instead of Screen Printing we also have Vinyl, Plastisol Transfers,  PhotoFinish Transfer, Transgloss Transfers, & Sublimation available on request.

EMBROIDERY

We currently outsource our embroidery from only the top quality embroiderers. We wouldn’t sell it to you if we weren’t happy with it. However in the next couple of months, badgeman will also have onsite embroidery.

PAD PRINTING

The art of applying artwork to various products from golf balls and pens etc to Police breathalizer units

MADE TO ORDER & INDENT

We can also have garments manufactured for your needs. Colours, Sizing, New Patterns almost anything can have your name on it. We can organise labelling to make it your own product or brand. Speak with our expert sales staff to find out more.
